How do we charge?

Charges for consulting cases depend upon the complexity of the case and the extent of the involvement needed.  

 

Consults are offered free for a half day to determine what a lawyer wishes this firm to do.  

 

Daily rates are offered or complete case consulting is offered for a fraction of the lawyer's contingency fee.  We will not accept responsibility for paying cost advanced on any case.  

 

Consults may be for preparation or for the trial itself.  All expenses of travel must also be incurred.
